Hi, My wife was a citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC). She has came to my country several years ago, we got to know each other and eventually got married. After we got married, I applied permanent residence for her and it was approved 2 years later. Upon approval, she rushed me into applying Citizenship for her and I did. Upon approval of the Citizenship after 2 years, she travelled to USA by using her newly issued passport which is eligible for the visa waiver program. It was a long trip which last for over 2 months. She managed to get an American to apply for marriage licence with the intention of getting the American Green Card by fake marriage. However, towards the expiry date of the licence, she aborted the attempt (by the way she declared herself as a single). About a 1 month later, she found another American man who is currently applying "Fiancee Visa" for her dispute of her current marital status, which is married. What can I do to expose her wrongdoings? She has been using "marriage" as a convenient way to move from one country to another. Recently, I also found out that she has been using doctored documents issued by the China authorities. Please advice.
