My husband and I are looking to immigrate to the US on a sibling Visa. My sister is a citizen. My husband is Irish, I have dual citizenship - Australia & UK.
I also have a full time job with a global company whereby I can still remain in my role and be transferred to the US payroll, therefore would be self sufficient as my income would be $100k +
I am hoping to get some information on rough estimates of timeframes this may take as I am finding the websites a little confusing.
Any help/information you can give would be appreciated
