Hi,
My husband is going thru court processing with immigration. We have an approved I130 and were waiting for our file to be sent to NVS for the receipt payment. Our attorneys told us we needed to pay $405 to have is sent , we did, then recently they told us due to the court proceedings he file won't be sent to NVS until there is a final court order. Has any one know anything about this?
