A quick question for experts on this forum.. The original bill S.1348 has a backlog reduction clause (Sec. 501) in it which helps people like us who are still waiting for I-484 adjudication. Does anyone know that this clause (sec. 501) will still be a part of the bill after the amendments being introduced especially the 'merit/point system' amendment ?
