immigration Benefits after Citizenship Interview vs Oath Ceremony

Does one need to wait for oath ceremony or eligible as soon as the successful completion of the interview to obtain the following citizenship benfits:
Naturalization Certificate
US Passport
Filing I130 as USCitizen and Applying GC/K Visa for Spouse as USCitizen


On the same line, how long it takes between citizenship interview and oath ceremony in the LA county, CA and orange county, CA area
 
After your interview you still a PR ... only after completing The Oath you become a citizen and enjoy all the benefits
