Immigration attorney or not

Sorry about my ignorance of the law but I will be filing suit with the federal district court on my immigration denial case (see my previews postings)
My question is does it has to be a immigration layer filing for me or it can a be a civil family law attorney , I interview with 2 Immigration lawyers and they don’t look interested in going to court, it is a lot easier for them to fill Immigration forms for people and charging over $1000. 00 (I’m not saying all layers do that but I haven’t found one that I feel like he is interested )
 
You should get an immigration lawyer. And as jack said, find one who has been to the immigration court multiple times and does not have any fear of representing you. Good lawyers will not mind showing you ther cases they havve represented. GOod lawyers will show you or at least tell you the fact the also lost some cases. Any lawyer who tells you they won all their cases is either lying or has not practised long enough.

Would you call a plumber if you had an electrical problem? Its probably in your best interests to call someone who has expertise in the area you require. Not all immigration attorneys are equally skilled or knowledgeable, so find one with the right skills that you can work with.
