One of the best lawyers in Minneapolis is Elizabeth Thompson of Myers Thompson P.A. She guided me from my labor, 1-140 and 485 stages. There were many hurdles. She helped in drafting experience letters in I-140 stage to match the requirements; helped to establish my work experience through RFE reply; And filed AC 21 in 485 stage. Best of all, she guided through the 4 year GC process like a good doctor would treat an illness. Sound's too good to be true. Isn't it? Her ph is - 616-349-3040. I live in the Mpls/St. Paul area, and did all my green card work with the firm Blackwell Igbanugo (www.blackwell-law.com), a local firm. While they are not cheap, they are very thorough and professional. I'd recommend them if you have someone else paying the bills.
To give you an idea of their fees, they charged $500 to respond to a rather complicated RFE. I probably could have done it myself - then again; don't we feel that we could do most of this stuff ourselves? But who wants to take that risk... Good luck!
