Sorry to put my question on this post. But I believe you could help me.
I am about to apply for employment-based GC. I interviewd several attorneys both in Atlanta and in Florida. The attorneys in Atlanta have good experience in RIR LC but have filed a few cases from Florida. I work in a Fla. company as Electrical Engineer designing very unique magnetic products for induction heating power systems. There are only a couple of such company in the States. So the advertising strategies for RIR is very important for my case. The attorney should have good experience in the RIR requirements from the Fla. state Labor agency. The Fla. attorneys I interviewed do not specialize in employment-based GC, especially in RIR LC. We are in the same DOL Atlanta region. Some of you may be in Fla. and have hired a good attorney to file your RIR LC case. Please recommend one. Or if you know attorneys from other State who have extensive experience filing Fla. RIR cases, please also recommend one. I have worked on this issue for 4 weeks. Please help.
