My brother had filed an immigration for me. My spouse is in the US. The priority date has become current and i have received the package. We have to send 3 applications DS-230 (me,my spouse and my son).
1. Can my spouse send his application from US separately stating the case number or should it be sent along with the primary applicant (that is with mine.)?
2. After we have got the PR(Green card) does my brother i.e the petitioner have the rights to cancel the green card that we got.
3. What are possible ways in which our green card might be cancelled by the petitioner.

YES... you can send these to the US Consulate in your home country, if that is where you are currently. If u are in Uncle Sam, then send them to the Service Center which serve your area or jurisdiction.[/COLOR]

NO. Only the US govt has the power to cancel a greencard of an immigrant. However, that immigrant must have committed an egregious crime such: voting in presidential elections or any elections which are meant to US citizens. engage in prostitution or sell drugs or support and honor hitler...Your brother has no power to cancel it once the USCIS issues the card and you have it in your hand. In other words, once the card is in your hand, you are free to enjoy your life.

[B]No other way can he cancel it, once it is approved and issued to you. Also, he can withdraw his petitioning of your and your kids prior to the issuance of the greencard, if he so wishes, and the USCIS will honor that request.
