Immigrants Stand upp! another problem..

I was watching TV at noon and a congressman from AZ is rooting for a new immigration reform by the end of 2005.

i.e., Any child born in USA should not be a considered a US Citizen by birth unless one of the parent is already a Citizen.

Are u kidding me ? We have enough problems due to retogression and now this. Pls. give ur input.
