My mother enter US with an Immigrant Visa (IR-5). I called customer service and spoke to Officer over the phone. She check the status of my mother immigrant visa packet by giving her the alien number. She said that my mothers packet is on hold because of her biometrics taken at the airport. What does that mean? I am assuming that the fingerprints were not taken correctly.
Does anybody have similar situation?
