Immigrant Visa for Dependents (Wife & Kid)

Hi,
Could some one please tell me how long it takes Consular Processing for Dependents in NSC? What forms req for processing?
My GC approved recently under EB2 and planning to brning my wife and kid who are in India.
Does anybody knows any out side NVC centers which process Immigrant Visa's for dependents? I heared there is one NVC center established at "New Delhi Embasy" for Immigrnat visa Process? I found this link from one of my friend who did CP process (US Citizen) for his newly born kid in India. Any comments

When did you get married? Provide more details like what is your PD and when did you get your GC.

If it is before the approval of GC then you have to use Follow to join process. For Follow to join to you need to file I-824. Check with some one whether you will be able to use attorney certified copies in this case.

I-130 is to filed if the marriage happened after you get your GC. That usually take around five years to date to become current. There is advantage in applying Delhi.

Married before applying I-485

Here is Details.
I got married in 2002 after that my wife came to USA on H4 visa and she left to india in the month of June/04 for her medical and we have baby on Dec'2004.

My Pd is : Nov2003 / EB2
I-140/I-485 - nd 09/15/2004
EAD/AP/Fp done - mid Dec'04
I-140 - AD 03/08/05
I-485 - Ad 03/09/05

You have to apply I-824. Search Follow to join or FTJ you will get lot of information.

Call the consulate and ask them if they can accept attorney certified copies.
If it is possible then you need not have to wait until the approval of I-824. You can directly send documents to the consulate, which will reduce the time to two to three months.
