Immigrant petition question on DS-156 Form...

Guys,
There are two questions on DS-156 that are kind of bothering me little bit.
Q1) Has anyone filed Immigrant petition for you?
Do we have to be truthful here. Or saying YES might compromise anything???

Q2) Do you have any of your family members here (I rephrased the question). Does saying "Yes" compromises anything??

Had any one experience anything bad in the past??

So what is the problem. Is the answer really yes to both these questions in you case?
