I have my I-140 and I-485 pending for almost 2 years, EAD approved. I am physical therapist who wants to start his own bussiness. I am licensed in US and have all required training to practice in pediatric PT field. My question is can I start my own bussines and port I-140 to myself. How much it will extend processing times for my GC and if it will affect my case. General question - If it is possible? Thanks for any reply
