Need help on the following two points:
1) What documents other than a H1B visa stamp, I-797 (Notice of Action) and I-485 receipt do you need at Port of Entry while traveling with a multiple entry H1B and a pending I-485 (no EAD/AP)? If I-485 is approved while abroad, what is the status at the PoE? Thanks very much!
2) Also, is there any time limit you can stay in India while on a valid EAD and AP? If the I-485 application is approved while still in India, hopefully it won\'t cause any problems while entering back into the US.
