I work for consulting company and my LC and 140 done in LA. Couple of months back I moved to Utah because of new assignment. I notified to INS the change of address. I don\'t have valid H1 but I do have valid EAD. Couple of my friends saying that my labour is invalid,since I am not working in the place where my labour was done and my case may be denied. But my lawyer says that since I am working based on EAD,so I can work anywhere. Guys which is true

Read new law and about the time between your EAD and your initial LC. Depending on the situation your case is still valid (like your lawyer says) or invalid (like your friend).
