Immergency please help Out of status and I-485

Hi All,
I have been out of status for more than 180 days.What are my chances of getting my GC.Believe me it was not my fault.My lawyer did not file my H1-B application in a timely manner.Need help soon.Please!!!!I am filing as a derivative applicant not the primary applicant.
Would really appreciate if someone can reply soon.
 
Not trying to be an a__hole. But it is always your fault for not supervising your lawyer to do the right thing.
I remember, someone can execrise the 245i (something like that) once you are out of status and filed as a dependent.
When did you send the I485 case?
 
Immediately contact a good lawyer like Mr.Rajiv.
This is not the time to back off to spend money atleast to take an advice from him.
