Immergency Advance Parol ..what to do ?(Urgent Please)

Hello ,
we have file the I-131 for me and my wife on 28th April 2003 ,
I got my I-131 approved on Jul end but they raised an RFE on my wife's advance parole for marriage certificate ..we already sent the required docs and INS also received that doc on Nov 4 .
Now for some immergency(Her Garndfather is seek and want to see her) we want to apply for her Immergency AP ..can you people please guide us what to do ..we have file from California san jose. Is there any other way other than going to Local INS office..becasue we went there but they didn't even talk to us .once the heard AP .they said they are not doing it here ...

Let me know ..is there any other office .I can contact with them ..

Why you said they didn't see you once you say AP? Emergency AP should be processed in SJ office, right?

Actually , That Office asked us for any medical proof ..which we do not have with us ..I am wondering how we give the medical proof ? and then he said that even after getting that medical proof he will think about it ..

A fax from the doctor should be OK. You should also be able to prove relationship.
