My husband has/going to file his H1 this year . I am also a software professional with 5+ yrs experience in telecom domain as a telecom tester. Since i am currently working on a very new product there is not much requirement for my profile in USA.
But since i dont prefer to sit idle for nearly a year by going in dependent visa and start my work from next october only, i have opt to file my H1 through a consultancy which has its base in USA .The only problem is that he currently doesn't have my kind of openings and has thus seeked my flexibility to join as a software QA tester .
Even though i have given a go ahead , i would seek your advises on the same
--> Will it be a problem while stamping since my prior experience in testing is different from the kind of testing i would do there .
Would the questions be based on that ? and if there is a mismatch will the rejection probability higher ?
---> Even though the website will be modified to show some product development in my area, is it that safe to go for a stamping .
As far as Background of the company is concerned,its ok . We have verified that he has taken 11 people from india last year . This year due to operations in india also, they are hiring 100+ ppl.
Pls advise me properly or post similar experience . Looking forward to your responses
