Hi, Great service. My salary was 77,000 per annum ( @ 37.01 an hour). Quite some time ago, there was a salary cut and my salary reduced to $65,000 per annum. I started getting my salary as mentioned below
 67.5 hours @ 37.01 = $ 2500.00 approx amounts to 65,000 annual
 INSTEAD OF
 80.0 hours @ 31.30 = $ 2500.00 approx amounts to 65,000 annual
I work for 80 hours for 2 weeks and salary is processed bi-monthly. My concern is I have filed for I 140 and do not know what would be the impact of this equation? What will happen if I get rfe and pay stubs are requested by INS. Please advise.

For processing your green card, what matters is that you are paid as least as much as the salary contained in your approved labor certification at the time you become a permanent resident. Assuming you are going to go with CP, you will have to get a notarized "offer letter" from your employer that states the salary they will be paying when you return to them as a permanent resident. This cannot be less than what is in your LC.

You may also have an issue with your NON-IMMIGRANT status if you\'re not being paid what was promised in your labor condition application. Suggest you ask that question of your attorney.
