I have received finger print notice of my wife and I see there is a definite problem here, the reason is :
1. As Stated in my earlier email, my previous finger prints was taken on may 2003 and completes (expires) as of last month (august 2004) SO I am the one who suppose to get the finger print NOT my wife since her's was taken this year MARCH 2004
2. Secondly, after we responded to NOID on august 11th, they received it on 12th and INS website was updated (LUD)twice on 18th and 19th, Now, notice the date of the finger print it is august 23rd
3. Lastly, My wife's last name and my first name is same i.e. my full name: GIRISH S Reknar and her full name: Deepa S GIRISH. Perhaps this is a clerical error on their side and we need to correct them
Therefore I certainly see a problem and we need to correct them, I called the INS hotline and they said if required we can contact our local office. Please Advise !!!
Perhaps! I should make a appointment contact local office?, If not, contact my officer fax number and fax a letter, if yes, how do I find out my officer name and fax number?
