Dear All:
I gave my street address to INS in 4/2001 when I filed for I-485. In 6/2001, I moved to another address but gave the INS the P.O. box address as that was more reliable for receiving mail. I also sent AR-11 form to the INS office in Washington,DC informing them of my change in street address. Now my lawyer recommends that I should have my street address on file with the TSC for I-485 process and also send another AR-11 with both street and p.o. box addresses. My question is this- If I send AR-11 now after more that one year stating change of address, there can be repurcussions as it is supposed to be sent within 10 days of change of address(which I haven't changed anyway). Are there any members in this forum who are using p.O. Box numbers instead of street address for their I-485.
please post comments immediately.
