Immediate EB3 relief from Washington

There are two bills right now that will give relief to Eb3.

One from Alan Spectre. Looks like it will be defeated.

Another one from Bill Frist. Does anybody know if any EB3 relief is there in his bill.

There are some notes I got from immigration-law.com. Why they want to oppose Bill Frist?
