Immigration Gurus Need Help:
We applied for canada immigration April/2002 they send us a letter in 05/03 stating that they have forwarded our application to L.A. for faster processing and since then nothing happened to our case other then waiting for the reply from them. In the application my wife was principal applicant. She is here at H4 but has a background of computer programming with 4+ years of job experience in India. But due to bad job market she was unable to get any job in US and is still on H4. She did worked volunter and did some programming and developed some websites for some organisations etc but all free of charge.
Since its very long and nothing has happen to our application I am thinking to apply a fresh application and show my self as principal applicant as I am on H1 and have a exp of more then 11+ years.
1) Is it a good Idea to start a new application?
2) Or should we wait for the old one?
3) Or change the principal applicant information on the old one?
