You earn $1050 a month after tax...
You work for federal government and has no enthusiasm to be productive
You have to sit at CSC customer service center to answer calls 8 hrs a day , 6 days a week.
Its 2 pm and you have answered 129 calls from prospective GC applicants ..
You are almost wrecked to the bone answering stupid questions from people with heavy accents and you feel sleepy after having the double cheeseburger....and now a guy who did his FP yesterday calls to enquire his status ..
Caller is from Madras or Hyderabad from India and has heavy accent ..he faked his degree and his experience and has come to US thru bodyshopper..
and he asks you the status of his FP which he did yesterday .....
Imagine how irritated you will be ?????

wowowoo,, are you happen to be one of those you described in your post?????? just curious. by the way, i just don\'t understand why you guys are against those who call INS, do you think it is something pleasant to do??? or the calls affect your case?? everyone has his/her reason to call. if you want to call, you call, if you are through, it\'s ok, you are lucky. if not, sorry. what\'s the big deal. sound to me that calling INS to talk to a IIO is some kond of luxury someone have to share with others.:-) and whatever the callers are, it their DAMN job to answer the phone, anything wrong with it? they are paid by the TAX payers\' money. and by the way, how do you know exactly how much they make? if they don\'t like their job, they can find somethign else to do, you think they are forced to take the job?

Hi,

I called CSC IIO for 1st time yesterday to verify by EB3 485 ND/99 cases. It took almost 1 month effort of trying atleast 30mins everyday to get the line. I did my FP almost 8 months back and PD current. I waited so long without calling IIO. He found out that i am calling for the first time in his computer and
told that it is still pending and wait for 2 to 3 months. when i asked that ND is 99, he told i cannot give anymore information.

He was so rude that there is no point in calling them. He says that he gets 100s of calls everyday asking about FP,1st system, 2nd system for same set of people every other day without any genuine reason. They have the information about the number of times we called them.

Is it true that people call every other day to piss IIOs off so much?
