I submit my I485 aplication in 2001 based in my grant asylum.
But in 2002 I got arrested for disord/conduct/Prostitution in San Fransicso.
I never was put in jail but i had to pay $500 and go to the class program.
I finished everything that they asked. and now I'm concerned about what is going to happend with my i485 if it is going to be denaied or approved. or i if i'm going to be deported.
I went to San Francisco Police Department the other day to get my Criminal History Record. and It shows the i was arrested for DISORD CONDUCT/PROSTITUTION but they also told me to get a copy certified of my case in which shows the Court has been DISCHARGED BY DISTRICT ATTORNEY THEREFORE NO RECORDS ARE AVAILABLE
Please help any suggestion about this.
