Hi everyone..
i came here on F-1 visa but because of money problems i couldn't maintain my student visa status so i became out of status.

i was order deportation in jan/2007 by the immigration court ...and i was detain by ice for 9 months. and since i'm from Palestine, i have no country to take me or accept me.
so i was released on supervised released (supervision)...and got my work authorization...i have to call and report by phone once every month and one in person every six months.

whats i need to know :
can i get a green card in my case and how??
do i need to apply for a special case or get married??

Note: i never had a green card before, i only had F-1 visa, and i don't have any criminal records.

Please help me.

Thank you.

You should contact a lawyer in your situation. There should be nonprofit/Palestinian/Muslim aid or community associations that may be able to help you out.

A bona fide marriage (not for immigration purposes) to a US citizen should get you a green card since you entered legally, however having been out of status and in removal you can expect any application or petition to USCIS to be heavily scrutinized.
