I'm no hope? (Both DV-2008 and DV-2009 and ...)

I still not yet received the letter from USA, there is over 10 try of me
since DV-9x!

1) Is that almost all winners got letter?

2) If I'm born in Asia, even I got letter, the number may be very high,
may be higher than 11,xxx, there is no hope if in DV-2006, DV-2007

3) I aware of a requirement from Department of State, it is not allow
same people apply twice or more within one DV.

However, I heard that Department of State just filter out same name and
same country and the poor system idenified that it is same people more than
one try.

But the fact that my name is very common that may be some people
same name with me may apply DV, does it mean that I nearly no hope to
win DV?

I dont think so. Because in case of DV system found one name as it has been used more than one time for DV entry, it should have been checked details of the person like photos etc by another applications .

I found some news on the internet that dept. of state has strengthen more the ability of the system to prevent the forgery DV entries.

I feel sorry about results of your DV attempts..
