If I decided to move to the US illigally by overstaying a holiday visa is there anyway that I'll be able to become a PR? Illigal immigration is my only option if the dv lottery goes out the window so its really just a last resort but I really need help on this. Im from a first world country if thats any help.

Once you overstay a visitors visa, a deportation order is automatically set out in your name. If you overstay by 180 days you are subject to a 3 year ban, 360 days a 10 year ban. Being caught as an overstay is not a pleasant experience- you will be placed in jail after which you will be deported.
The only way an overstay is forgiven and to get PR status is through marriage to a US citizen. I do not recommend you go ahead with your plans and instead suggest that you gain a visa to live and work in the States legally.
