Illegal here- wanted to be leagal ... any possiblity?

1) I came to US 5 years before on a b1 visa wich is valid only for maximum 6 months. Then I overstayed.. now I am thinking to go to college and continue my study in medical field and apply for a f1 visa... is it possible and any chance to become legal this way??

2) some one told me that he can hire me in his company and aply for legalization. any chance of become legal that way ??

3) My B1 visa is granded as a temporary domestic servent... Do you know any ways to become legal here ??
