I filled My Labor in RIR in Oct 2003. Can anybody will let me know how long i need to wait for my State and Federal. Also i checked the DOL website the current processing date is July 2003.The date is not moving further for a while now.
Currently IL Sesa is handling cases filed in July 2003 and regional DOL center at Chicago are at September 2003. So you are looking for min. 6 months (3 + 3) before they make final determination regarding your case.
