Hi,
I am new to this forum, I saw a thread in this forum posted on 06/15/04 about IL SESA that the labor application received at ILSESA in Nov 13 th was processed and sent to Chicago on June 14th.
But my Labor application was received at IL SES on Oct 23rd,2003,I haven't yer received the status yet !
Lawyer was telling that they received the receipt notice and no update on the status of the case still.
Buth DOL website shows the processing dates of Nov 2003.
Can any one PLEASE clarify what could be the case?? Is my case still under review??
Shall I need to call anyone in ILSESA??
