Hi,

I wanted to start this thread for those who have applied in the non-RIR category (regular labor certification) in Illinois.

No news yet. Looking at the pace, IL-SESA is currently processing apps. received on or before 04/02/01.

Can anybody throw some light as to how long it takes to move 2 months in processing?

Also, I would appreciate it if anyone could share they experience with the timeline on regular labor cert.

I think Chicago DOL has some non -RIR cases from which you can figure out your timeline. It won't hurt to use 312-353-1059 to check with DOL status line using your company phone number to find out if you case reach to DOL or not.
