IIO told RFE has been issued for OCT99 case

1) Called IIO to change the address. I moved to a different apartment in the same complex. He changed the address in the system. Is this enough or do i need to send them in writing?

2) IIO said an officer has issued an RE on 23rd. Where does this go to? Does it come to me or the lawyer gets it? He said it is for employement authorisation? Does is mean that i need to send him the copy of My EAD or just an employment letter?

I think the IIO mean to say that the REF is for \'Employmment Letter\' from your sponsering employer. Your attorney gets the REF from INS. Inform him the same and he will get the letter from your company.

I did my address change in feb/01 by calling the IIO. They have updated the address properly. To make sure of it I have called after couple of weeks and verified the address with them. I think they maintain different accounts for EAD, AP and I-485. Because when I called the IIO, she said she only could update the address on the I-485 application. I don\'t worry much about the other two for my case.
