IIO terminology question

Just spoke to an IIO today and she told me that my case is "being reviewed..." I asked the IIO if "this means its already assigned to an officer..." but she said that they are not allowed to give out those information...

Does this mean its already assigned to an officer?

They don't even know to spell the word..

They are Terminal cases !!!!!!!!!!
