IIO information

I have checked with the IIO and he says my case is not yet assigend

Processing Resumed on Jan 12

Is there any case where the IIO provided information is not relevant and inspite of their comments approvals have come thru ?

I think someone posted this week that

IIO told him that case is o shelf and he got approved in a week.
