No plastic yet.
I talked to a nice IIO today. She said our plastics were mailed on dec 6 and must have
been missing in mail. I said the message means that our data was entered into their system and now CSC has to scan fingerprint to create the plastic cards..she said "oh is that so?".
I think i know more than these IIOs. She told me to hold on and vanished for about 5 minutes. She then said she will take "printouts " of our cases and hand it to her supervisor. Once supervisor has them he will take care of our cases.....said thanks and hung up....lets see what happens....
