IIO - Conflicting information

I've talked with an IIO today and she told me that INS has not received my FP results. Couple of months back I called up and she told me that they received the results from FBI. What does this mean? I've told my lawyer to take a look at this.
My ND is Sep 2001.

No change in AVM. Still says 975 bla bla

This IIO would have given some answer out of blue.
