II Finger Print

My 485 is a LIN 02 076 .....

No approval/RFE yet. My I FP has already expired. Is it possible that I could get an approval without the II FP?

Also can I go for a II FP earlier than what is scheduled by INS?

Mine is expired two months ago and I still haven't received any notice regarding to anything. Any idea what's going on?

What is the time frame for FP to expire? Is that 12 or 15 months
