I just came to know while checking my portfolio online, that me and my wife got approved for second EAD. Here is the message, (for both)
On June 17, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
BTW,
I opted for paper filing.
