Just received courtesy copy of approval notice today.

1. Birth Certificate does not carry enough weightage so had to send Affidavits.
2. All the pages of my passport.
3. Employer letter.
4. Paystubs.

Congrats.. What is exact date of the I140 redo ND? Did you call IIO to merge your 140 to 485? if yes when did you call?

I don\'t know the ND of I140 redo. I was told that my Amended I140 has been sent on that date. No I did not call the IIO. In fact I haven\'t called the VSC number after the first week of this month.

Are you sure your I-140 was filed on 07-MAY?
Boy, that was quick and I am glad for you.

It may mean two things. 1. Your I-140 was approved at breakneck speed or 2. The I-140 had nothing to do with the approval.

Could you please check the AVM for the I-140 and I-485 approval dates. It will be interesting to know when it was approved. Also what was the ND on your courtesy copy of I-485 approval?

I know you are suddeny tired after this long ordeal. But we all will really appreciate your response.
