IGTE: Called IIO yesterday evening

Called IIO yesterday evening. My case has been removed from hold and 140/485 linked. I was told that it should be done by 1 July. Incidently the IIO whom I talked to has my case (He mentioned that they are not supposed to divulge that information but he is letting me know anyway)

As usual my applications were not linked till I called and informed them to link the two.

It is really a good news!

I have the same situation as yours. My lawyer is going to send the I-140 amend out today. I am woudering how do you let this two things linked, just call that 1-800 number ask to do that? Does the IIO tell you why July 1 is the date for them to proving it. Is that because they are waiting for further regulation about this.

I guess : IIO adjudication officer... so how he can "have" your case ???

I am just sharing the info I got. We have a lot to guess about INS.

Again just crossing my fingers (whoever has my case is least of my concern)
