 I am wondering why we havent got it yet while I see a lot of posts about ND 01 cases getting FP notices.

All dates matching your case. I got my FP in March lawyer send to wrong address. But I came to know about it and done with FP in April. Got GC approved last month. Good Luck.

My ND/12/00 ,till now I didnt get FP . last month 24 th I called IIO.Asked me to wait 30 days. Every oct. guys getting approvals.I STILL WAITING FOR FP.

When I called INS in May they said that our case was on hold due to company name change. I got RFE on JUL 11th and it was received by INS on Aug 6th.Still no FP notice..

Did you get your GC approved? I remember that one time you mentioned that your case has been transferred to local INS. In my case, our LD replied my RFE on Aug.2, 2001 and AVM also updated on Aug. 6th. So for no approval. Do you have any idea how long will it take for my approval. It\'s been almost two working weeks from the date INS received my RFE response. Waiting...
