Ignoring 3rd FP Notice = Delay

VSC has informed me that they are still waiting for my fingerprint results, dated 01/10/2004. But, of course, I never gave the fingerprints since I had given my 2nd fingerprints a couple of months earlier - in October 2003.

Luckily, the officer scribbled something on my 3rd FP notice saying that my fingerprints were already taken on October 4, 2003. My lawyer has sent a copy of that notice to VSC.

My advice to fellow 01 filers who also ignored the 3rd FP notice (if received): Please write to VSC to make sure that they have everything they need to approve the application.

When will the day come when I will actually write something positive on this message board?
