One of my friend who got an RFE back in Jan, 2001 got her case approved as of June 20th. She called INS this morning and came to know about it. AVM not yet updated. Her amended I-140 was filed during the 2nd batch and so far it\'s not yet approved.

What happened friends? It looks like most of you stopped posting any info. - may be due to frustration!!!!!

Got EAD receipt in 12 days but not yet received Amended I-140 receipt that was filed supposedly in mid-may.

Called IIO today. My I140 filed on mid May is not yet even in the system. IIO said my case is pending.A decision hasnt been made yet (as if i dint know that).I asked with an officer? She said Yes.I asked her Do I need an amended I140 since my company name has changed?
She said.Yes as far as she knows (Then who else knows I dont know).
I asked her..there were some new regulations last week.She told me..She hasnt heard of any ...
There goes my week...filled with hopes...

Am still waiting and can\'t get through the Phone line. BTW I sent a mail to LD asking for the update in EOW last friday but don\'t see no postings....Do you guys see any updates on EOW??

No new with respect to my amended I-140. Not received the receipt notice yet. As I said before, when I talked to an IIO on last Thursday, she told me that my file is with an officer effective June 19th and there is no need for an amended I-140. I was asked to wait for the next 2-3 weeks. Hoping to hear the good news.

Btw, my amended I-140 is not rejected. Thank God! You scared me! This should be directed to someone else. I did read someone from IGTE posted that his amended I-140 has been rejected and the file is with an officer. I don\'t remember who it was?? As like others, I am also waiting for my receipt notice.
