Employee only page has the updated list of 140s filed this week.Updated on April 19th. I am not included this time either....

If you have a pending permanent residence application with a "current" priority date and you are not on the list, you should send your HR manager a photocopy of your EAD card. Please write the expiration date of the card on the photocopy so that we can read the expiration date easily. This information needs to be entered on the amended I-140.

Attached is the list of Amended I-140\'s filed this week with the Immigration and Naturalization Service in Vermont. When the receipt notice is received, a copy of the same will be mailed to you. Thank you for your patience.

Did you send your EAD to your HR manager ?. I did send my EAD beginning of this week. Send your EAD and you will be in the next list.

I don\'t think they are doing it based on group company. Two of my friends were in the first list.

One is in emplifi, the other is in e-jiva. I think they are doing it in random order. My piority date is much much earlier than one of my friend who was in the first list. So it is definitely not based on the prioority date either.

Ask your HR manager to make sure they inlcude you the next list. Be pushy.

Hey All,
As you might remember, I was thinking about switching employers based on this 180 days rule. My client has expressed their desire to hire me as their employee. So I will be leaving the IGTE group here in a few days. I can atleast peacefully wait for 180 day regulation. Thanks to you guys all who provided good information thru this site. By the way my id is not in the new list as well. I will continue to follow your discussions here. Thank you all.

To Phil Spears,

I want to ask u a question. What is your priority date. If your priority date is after jan 98 (Or whatever these guys see now for india), then possibly your case might not go for filing even though u are current. Because they usually assume that u are india born.
This has happened to many people and u gotta tell the legal or you HR that u are not india born.
So if the above case implies to u send a mail with the details to your HR and legal immedietly.
