Hi All,
This is my first posting. I was a silent visitor to this forum till now.
Just checked the AVM, both my and my wife\'s cases have been approved, today and notices have been mailed. My case was on hold due to company name change. Per legal dept., I-140 amendment was filed for me on 5/7/01. No receipts. Called IIO four times after my date became current in May. Last week an IIO told me that my case was with an officer.
I had lost all the hopes of getting GC but, this forum was really helpful in keeping my hopes alive.

Congratulations! This gives me a lot of hope. My file has been with an officer since June 19th and my ND is the same as that of yours. Hope it works out for all of us.
