Are There any one else yet to get there 485 Approval. For me no I140 approval nor RFE. Seems that I am the only person remaining.

Mine not approved yet. AVM says RFE mailed on 7/18 which has not reached LD yet. PD 4/97 RD 8/99 ND 9/99 FP 8/00. Amended I140 ND 4/18/1 not approved.

RFE was issued on 07/09/2001. Not reached to the LD yet. A-I140 was filed on 05/08/2001. Got an e-mail from HR rep that they got the receipt for A-i140. I will get it shortly.

Count me in. I got an RFE for employment letter. Lawyer received the notice on July 26th and LD is sending the letter today.
