Dear IGATEers,

My labor was approved on behalf of Igate/Mastech Applications, after that my I-140 was filed on behalf of Igate/Emplifi and application is still with
INS pending.
 
Appreciate if any of u IGATE experts know will this cause any kind of problem for my I-140 processing because of my labor certification is from Mastech Applications ?

Thanks a lot for ur reply Deejjjaaaa. My regular I140 is not cleared yet. It is been pending with INS from long time. I am just concerned, since my Labor Approval and I140 belongs to two different companies i.e Mastech Application Services(for Labor) and Emplifi(for I140).
Can this be a reason for my I140 delay ?

In simple words, is Emplifi employees getting ther regular I140 approvals (not amended) whose labor was filed when they were employee of Mastech Application Services ?

could you post when you gave your docs for filing i-140, and also when mastech actually filed it.
