IGA requirements

Hello everybody!

I have a J1 visa and is working on a research in a university in the field of agriculture. I am planning to get a waiver based on interested government agency (IGA). I will appreciate very much if somebody here can give me the list of requirements.

H1B for physicians

I am a physician on H1B status (converted from J-1 visa). Considering the present circumstances, would it be a big risk to travel to Mexico to get H1B visa? My J-1 visa expired last June and I have been on status till now. I have all the necessary documents and have never been out of status. Any comments and suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot.
